Manual dial instructions

• Click on Start and select Programs
• Double click on Communications
• Now open Remote Networking
• Type MaGlobe in the field provided and ensure that Dial-Up Connection is selected
• Click on Next and type in the MaGlobe local telephone number. Make sure that you have selected the correct modem from the bottom list. Click on Configure
• Select Call Options and disable the option Wait For Dial Tone Before Dialing. Click on OK and choose TCP/IP SETTINGS
• Check on the box Server assigned IP address
• Check on the box Server assigned name server addresses
• Check on the box Use software compression
• Check on the box Use IP header compression
• Click OK
• To review your connection settings follow the path Start > Programs > Communications > Remote Networking and click on the MaGlobe icon
• Enter the Username in the form of username@maglobe.net in the Username field and the password in the Password field
• Check on the box Save Password
• Click on Connect
